EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
At Losange Jewelry, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every creation. We offer a 14-day exchange policy (no returns accepted), allowing you to request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for an exchange, the piece must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and presented in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@losangejewelry.com. Once your request is approved, our team will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for the process. Kindly note that items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Shipping costs for exchanges due to a manufacturing fault or damage will be fully covered by us. For discretionary exchanges — such as changes in product selection, size, or color — the client will be responsible for the shipping costs including customs duties.
Please note that certain ring designs are crafted in fixed sizes and cannot be resized or altered. As such, these pieces are not eligible for exchange or refund.
We maintain a non-refund policy. Clients may exchange their item for another creation of equal or higher value.
Repairs
At LOSANGE each piece is crafted with the highest skills and techniques to create an exceptional experience to our Clients. Should you experience any damage with your LOSANGE art piece, we offer a repair from the day of purchase. Please note that all repair and delivery charges shall be borne by our Client.
Damage, loss, short delivery
On delivery, you shall examine the goods for defects and completeness. Thereafter, no claim for damage in transit, for shortage in delivery or loss of goods will be entertained unless, in the case of damage, a separate notice in writing is given to LOSANGE and the carriers within 3 days of the receipt of the goods, accompanied by a complete claim in writing detailing the particulars of the damage, or in the case of loss of goods, a notice in writing and a claim is given to LOSANGE and the carriers within 3 days of the date of LOSANGE’s advice of dispatch to you.
In all cases a signature “unexamined” shall be deemed to be an unconditional acceptance of the goods.
LOSANGE shall not in any circumstances be liable, whether in contract or tort, to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of contracts or damage to property) or for any claim against you by any third party and any warranties and/or guarantees given by LOSANGE hereunder shall not be transferable to any person.
LOSANGE’s liability for damage or non-delivery of goods duly notified in accordance with the above shall in any event be limited to replacement of the goods within a reasonable time whether the damage or non-delivery is due to LOSANGE negligence or otherwise. You may not withhold payment of any invoice or other amount due to LOSANGE by reason of any right of set-off or counterclaim which you may have or allege to have or for any reason whatsoever.
