Shipping & Delivery


At LOSANGE we strive to ensure you have an easy and straight-forward shopping experience. We pay shipping & delivery charges (excluding customs Duties & Taxes) on your behalf which are calculated according to your country at checkout.

Orders placed outside of our ordinary working hours and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the Order was submitted. Delivery timelines are estimates only. Please expect delays to your order delivery during the following times: promotional activity, sale season and bank holidays. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.

Duties & Taxes:

For all orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any tax and duties on orders required to go through customs. The taxes (if any) are determined as per the individual’s country and we are unable to pre-calculate these fees.

Track your order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number, which you can use to track your order online.

General Delivery Conditions:

Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries, including but without limitation on Weekend/Holidays. You must sign on receiving your delivery. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order is confirmed. You will then be able to use the tracking number to track your order.


LOSANGE insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. On delivery, you will be asked to sign received your shipment. At this point, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by LOSANGE and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
